I was creating an event on the Aces Facebook group today when I considered the security implications of informing the great unwashed public that 6 RAF teams would all be in the same place for 2 days...

This set me to thinking how many of our team websites advertise games in areas of their sites and forums that are readily accessibly by the aforementioned great unwashed.

What are your views on this?

Should games/tournaments etc only be talked about in hidden sections viewable by approved people?

Do other webmasters need to be made aware of this?

Does it need mentioning at a higher level so a directive can be issued?

It's a good point. Might be worth mentioning to a scuffer, or similar. At least to find out the official line; don't want getting in trouble do we?!

It should be pretty easy to set up a "members only" area on each website, like we have the Knights (and Sewy) only section on ours.
