I would keep the cape Orange
Ties in all the colours
Adding a darker blue is only adding more colours

Few of my thoughts:

1. Definitely Black for the name, white just won't stand out.

2+3.  I think a bit of continuity is needed, if we keep the blue the same as the blue on the current cape, with the same orange on the new cape ( if you catch my drift! ) The two strips will be a bit of a mirror image. Personally I think this would be better than a completely new colour scheme.

Also all our new merchandise, T-shirts, hats etc, will be based on the orange, so we need to keep a bit of it the away strip. I standby to be corrected though, it's just down to taste!


4. Hell yeah, The Dragon for Andy H, Soltaire for the Jocks, St. Georges for the English and a Maple leaf for Chris! I like it.

I can't beleive im saying it but i agree with splodge, we need to link the 2 strips together,
and i also think the flag idea is a good one too

Just to add to it Splodge LOL
The new goodies can also be done in the blue of the cape :)
Although i do love the orange - it'll make us stand out :)
I need to get myself an orange fleece to match jens ;) would hate for her to feel lonely ;)
