one way or the other I will skate on Sunday - my first commitment now is to the knights so would expect to be there but if the decision is not to train I will skate with Hockey for all - twice a week does me some good

i wont be able to make training on sunday due to got to watch money with christmas coming and the game the night before

Cool, i'll be there as i will be back from aberdeen by then.

I assume its at the usual 2200h on the ice?

Slightly dissapointing turn out last night, £30 down on Ice fee's, please ensure MAXIMUM attendance at this Sunday's practice

i am still struggling with my back! will try get a skate at the weekend and see how it is and come on training and do some light training if not too great!
